K-9 Division
In addition to using the canine division to assist our agents in the Executive Protection and Event Security services, the K-9 division is available to assist in missing person searches, property recovery searches, controlled substance detection, bomb/explosives detections, and fugitive tracking and apprehension. The canine unit is currently comprised of one canine and her handler. As with our other services, our canine handler is highly qualified in a wide variety of security and investigation tactics. The dog and handler spend more than 400 hours in training to develop the necessary bond that is required to become an effective team.
Maritime Division
LiGER Security Corporation™ will establish a full service Maritime Division to provide a visible presence in support of waterfront events in which our Executive Protection and Event Security agents are operating. Employment Verification: Information provided by the candidate is verified by our representative by contacting the employer directly. Verifications typically include the employer's information, start and end dates, title upon departure and eligibility for rehire.
Tenant Reference Verification: Prior landlords or property management firms are contacted to confirm lease location and dates, monthly rent, payment history and eligibility to rent again.
Eviction Search: Using the specific location where the prospective tenant resided, this address is compared to a database of eviction records. While this data does not include all eviction information, it is a very beneficial resource for increasing the likelihood of a successful tenancy.

Mobile Surveillance Service
LiGER Security Corporation™ offers state-of-the-art Mobile Surveillance Service for clients looking to add leverage to their surveillance resources.
The Mobile Surveillance Service is a state-of- the-art mobile command centre with full video surveillance capabilities housed in an 18ft X10ft stealth trailer.
The Mobile Surveillance Service is designed to provide operational and tactical support in fast-response situations. For example, it is ideal for use in labour unrest, large and/or high-profile public events and emergency response. The Mobile Surveillance Service can also integrate seamlessly with on-site corporate security systems.
Operators have a range of technology in their hands when using the Mobile Surveillance Service. They can monitor their surroundings through three 22-inch LCD screens connected to a high-powered CPU, an Indigo Vision IP-based video management system and a FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) thermal imaging camera.
The CCTV cameras, mounted on a telescopic pole that rises to 34 feet, can pan-tilt and zoom. This gives operators significant flexibility and visibility. Recorded video from the cameras can be downloaded on request. Plus, the Mobile Surveillance Service can be powered from shore power or from its own portable generator, providing added flexibility on where, when and how to use it.

Remote Access/Doorman
LiGER Security Corporation™ provides Remote Access/Doorman services. These services allow an organization to have virtually the same security and door access that it would if an actual guard were present…at a fraction of the cost.
The integration of security technology (video cameras, access control, visitor management, and sensors/detectors) and the live officers in the Operations Center is a powerful combination. Remote Access/Doorman provides all the same security at much lower costs than conventional methods (on-site guard + technology or on-site guard alone).
In some applications, our virtual security will completely replace or repurpose an existing security guard and/or doorman. Address History/SSN Trace: This search assists in identifying historical addresses and aids in revealing any addresses a potential tenant may have withheld. It also confirms the identity of the individual and names associated with the provided Social Insurance Number.
Provincial Criminal Record Searches: This search is conducted at the provincial courts identified by the Address History search, and produces the most up to date information available on criminal offenses.
Federal Criminal Database Search: Our federal search includes all provinces that offer records with name and date of birth data, and is an excellent supplement to the Federal level searches, casting a wider scope of coverage.
Nationwide Sex Offender Search: This search includes data from all Provinces and Territories throughout Canada. Sources vary and may include Sex Offender Registries, court records and proprietary databases of sex offender records.
Employment Verification: Information provided by the candidate is verified by our representative by contacting the employer directly. Verifications typically include the employer's information, start and end dates, title upon departure and eligibility for rehire.
Tenant Reference Verification: Prior landlords or property management firms are contacted to confirm lease location and dates, monthly rent, payment history and eligibility to rent again.
Eviction Search: Using the specific location where the prospective tenant resided, this address is compared to a database of eviction records. While this data does not include all eviction information, it is a very beneficial resource for increasing the likelihood of a successful tenancy.

Mobile Surveillance Service
LiGER Security Corporation™ offers state-of-the-art Mobile Surveillance Service for clients looking to add leverage to their surveillance resources.
The Mobile Surveillance Service is a state-of- the-art mobile command centre with full video surveillance capabilities housed in an 18ft X10ft stealth trailer.
The Mobile Surveillance Service is designed to provide operational and tactical support in fast-response situations. For example, it is ideal for use in labour unrest, large and/or high-profile public events and emergency response. The Mobile Surveillance Service can also integrate seamlessly with on-site corporate security systems.
Operators have a range of technology in their hands when using the Mobile Surveillance Service. They can monitor their surroundings through three 22-inch LCD screens connected to a high-powered CPU, an Indigo Vision IP-based video management system and a FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) thermal imaging camera.
The CCTV cameras, mounted on a telescopic pole that rises to 34 feet, can pan-tilt and zoom. This gives operators significant flexibility and visibility. Recorded video from the cameras can be downloaded on request. Plus, the Mobile Surveillance Service can be powered from shore power or from its own portable generator, providing added flexibility on where, when and how to use it.
The Mobile Surveillance Service is equipped to provide a high level of convenience and comfort for operations personnel. It’s fully air-conditioned, has a deployable canopy for shading, and 1000w flood lights on two corners.

Remote Access/Doorman
LiGER Security Corporation™ provides Remote Access/Doorman services. These services allow an organization to have virtually the same security and door access that it would if an actual guard were present…at a fraction of the cost.
The integration of security technology (video cameras, access control, visitor management, and sensors/detectors) and the live officers in the Operations Center is a powerful combination. Remote Access/Doorman provides all the same security at much lower costs than conventional methods (on-site guard + technology or on-site guard alone).
In some applications, our virtual security will completely replace or repurpose an existing security guard and/or doorman. In others, Remote Access/Doorman allows an organization to limit the hours of their on-site guard(s) to only high-traffic times, and use Remote Access/Doorman services for off-peak times. With either approach, security is maintained and significant cost savings are realized.
Remote Access/Dorman may consist simply of two-way video and audio, card or biometric access control, visitor management (guest access & recording), DFO or DHO sensors or other sensors, or all the above.
Remote Access/Doorman can generally be utilized with legacy (existing) access and video technologies, as well as with most new systems.
